Position: HR Generalist

About Us:
Modern Educational Complex named in honour of Heydar Aliyev is a prestigious institution dedicated to providing high-quality education. We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and school policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct necessary operations in the EMAS Subsystem.
• Participate in department events, projects, and training sessions.
• Perform all daily tasks related to human resources as directed by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
