Professional development for teachers turns teachers into stronger and more fitting teachers by allowing them to produce useful and personalised lessons for the students today. With this in mind, our Complex has planned a series of Continuous Professional Development training and events, the first of which occurred on September 10. The main topics for MTK Training Day 1 were Appreciative Inquiry and Classroom Management. Lots of positive feedback and happy faces demonstrated that the first training event of the school year was successful and effective.
