At the Modern Educational Complex Named in Honour of Heydar Aliyev, the student-led project MTK Ride Hub has been officially introduced.
The initiative emerged from the Grade 5 Global Perspectives project titled “What are the costs of energy use?”. Through their research, students examined how everyday transportation choices affect the environment, the economy, and society.
Transforming their findings into action, they proposed a carpooling initiative among staff within the school community. The project focused on reducing fuel consumption, minimizing air pollution, and encouraging a more responsible and environmentally conscious approach.
MTK Ride Hub demonstrates that thoughtful decisions can lead to tangible steps toward a more sustainable future.
