Davlyatova Hilola

About Me

Hilola Davlyatova is a dedicated educational leader with 17 years of experience in teaching and learning across a range of key stages. She currently serves as School Principal of the Modern Educational Complex Named in Honour of Heydar Aliyev in Baku, supporting the continued development of the school’s academic vision and community.

Hilola holds an MEd in Management and Leadership in Education and has extensive experience in curriculum development, teacher coaching, mentoring, and professional development. She has played a key role in the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum, with particular expertise in mathematics and primary education.

Passionate about developing people and building a culture of continuous improvement, Hilola has mentored PGCE students and early-career teachers, supporting them in developing their professional practice and confidence. She is committed to empowering teachers and creating an inspiring learning environment in which both students and staff can thrive.
