Secondary Math Coordinator and IGCSE, AS/A Level Math Teacher.
Requirements:
Azerbaijani citizen or foreign national
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant field
Willingness to work with students aged 11–18
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong classroom management skills and effective communication with parents
Ability to guide Math teachers toward consistent, high-quality teaching practices
Ability to use data and assessment results to improve learning outcomes
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to teachers
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) and experience with educational technologies
Strong knowledge of the IGCSE and AS/A Level Mathematics curricula
Clear understanding of lesson planning and differentiation strategies
Main Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans and deliver the full range of Mathematics subject content
Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress
Organize classroom and learning resources to create a rich and stimulating learning environment
Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the Cambridge International curriculum, including preparation for external examinations
Communicate students’ progress accurately and professionally with parents
Develop and improve teaching materials, programs, methodologies, and pastoral arrangements
Coordinate and support the Mathematics department to ensure academic consistency and excellence
