We are pleased to introduce the new Chief Executive Director (CEO) of the Modern Educational Complex named  in Honour of Heydar Aliyev. Prior to his appointment, Tural Abbasov, who worked as a "Business and Operations Manager" in our Complex for 5 years, has extensive experience and an innovative approach in educational management. 
Tural Abbasov has 20 years of experience working on international projects and in the private sector in Azerbaijan. He possesses a strong background in business development in private schools, where he has been employed for the past 8 years. Prior to his work in school development, he gained valuable 
experience in corporate fundraising, employment, and community development. Tural Abbasov is a certified potential master trainer for International Labour Organization (ILO) courses on "Start and Improve Your Business." Additionally, he has successfully completed various leadership and coaching trainings/academic courses, which include:

Tural Abbasov is studying for a Master of Education (Ed.M.) degree in the Private School Leadership Program at Teachers College, Columbia University.  His book summary, which is one of the first minimum requirements for obtaining the degree of "Education Specialist" (Ed.M.), was published in the university's monthly e-magazine with the "Of Note" feature.
