At the Modern Educational Complex named in Honour of Heydar Aliyev — an institution that proudly bears the name of our National Leader — a series of commemorative events have been held since May 5 in honor of the 102nd anniversary of Heydar Aliyev’s birth. These events aim not only to express deep respect and gratitude for his legacy but also to instill his invaluable contributions to national values, education, and culture in the younger generation.
On May 5, our primary school students presented speeches and presentations about the life and statesmanship of Heydar Aliyev. The event continued with a heartfelt recitation of the poem “Elegy” by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Founder and Head of IDEA Public Union.
Filled with educational and emotional moments, this meaningful event became a vivid expression of both respect for the National Leader’s memory and the younger generation’s connection to their national identity and values.
