We are excited to present the 3rd and final edition of "Biz" for the 2024/25 academic year! 
This time, our focus is on CIS – the Council of International Schools. As you may know, Modern Educational Complex named in Honour of Heydar Aliyev has been officially accepted as a member of CIS, as a result of many years of dedicated work. This membership means that the school now operates in accordance with international standards in areas such as teaching and learning, student wellbeing, a healthy school environment, and staff development.
In this edition, our Chief Executive Officer Mr. Tural Abbasov, School Principal Mr. Nelson Urrego, and several of our valued students will speak about the school’s journey towards this significant achievement.
As Mr. Tural Abbasov highlighted, this milestone is not an end - but rather the beginning of a continuous journey towards modern education. In line with its mission, the school will continue to nurture future generations who are thoughtful, adaptable, and well-rounded individuals.
